Pre-Intermediate - Intermediate

Integrated English classes that develop communication, reading, academic thinking, and confidence through engaging real-world topics.

Using National Geographic learning materials, students build English skills while exploring science, culture, geography, teamwork, and problem-solving through interactive lessons and guided discussion. Classes encourage students to think critically, express ideas clearly, and use English actively in meaningful contexts.

Lessons combine speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar development in a balanced and supportive environment. Students gradually become more independent English users while strengthening both communication and academic readiness skills.

Activities may include:
• guided discussions and speaking tasks
• reading comprehension and vocabulary work
• collaborative projects and problem-solving
• paragraph and sentence writing
• presentations and opinion sharing
• academic and classroom English skills

This course is ideal for elementary and lower-intermediate learners who are ready to move beyond beginner English and develop stronger communication and academic language skills.

Requirements

  • Computer, tablet, or laptop
  • Camera and microphone turned on during class
  • Basic ability to use Zoom (or willingness to learn)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 8 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

For younger learners, parent support may be helpful during the first classes while students become familiar with classroom routines and technology.

Students should be placed in an appropriate level to ensure they can participate confidently and benefit fully from class activities.

Placement support is available for families who are unsure about their child’s current English level.

Intermediate - Advanced

Students develop the language skills needed for both academic success and confident communication while exploring current issues, science, technology, culture, society, and global perspectives. Lessons encourage learners to analyze ideas, support opinions with evidence, participate in meaningful discussions, and express themselves clearly in both spoken and written English.

The course integrates speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and exam strategies in a balanced and interactive environment. Students build confidence through collaborative learning, guided feedback, and longer-term writing and presentation projects.

Activities may include:

• FCE-style speaking, reading, writing, and listening tasks
• TED Talk viewing, analysis, and discussion
• opinion sharing and debate
• essay, article, review, and report writing

• presentation and public speaking practice
